Do I need real estate experience to apply?
Not at all. Many of our top candidates come from retail, fitness, or hospitality. If you’ve got drive, we’ll teach you everything else.
Do I need a degree or qualification?
No. Dubai real estate rewards results, not paperwork. We focus on ambition, not academic history.
How long does the process take?
From application to landing in Dubai, most candidates are placed within 30–60 days – depending on your readiness and visa timelines.
Can I bring a friend or partner with me?
Yes – as long as you both apply and qualify individually. We’ve had several friends move over and start together.
Money & Salary
How much money do I need saved before I move?
We recommend $15K minimum to cover flights, housing, transport, and your first 2–3 months in Dubai.
Will I get a salary?
No. Agents in Dubai are 100% commission-based, but with no tax and no income ceiling. That’s why many earn more in a year than doctors and lawyers do back home.
When will I start earning commission?
It varies. Some agents close deals in their first month. Others take 2–3 months. We train you to hit the ground running, but success depends on your work ethic.

Will TRB help me relocate?
Yes – we provide full support on accommodation, transport, phone contracts, and saving money during your move.
Do I need to book my own flights and visa?
Yes – but we guide you through the process and connect you with trusted vendors.
Where will I live in Dubai?
Most agents live in studios or shared apartments in areas like JVC, Arjan, or Marina. We’ll help you find affordable options.
Training & Placement
What’s included in the training?
Our training is like no other. We don’t just teach you how to be a great broker – we teach you how to run your career as a business, because being a broker is like running your own business.
Because of this, our training is split into four modules: Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Once you’ve completed our training, you’ll have a clear plan and strategy for how to become a top-performing broker.
Do I choose which brokerage I go to?
Yes – we match you with three top brokerages to choose from, based on your preferences and what you’re looking for in a company.
What happens after I land in Dubai?
You start with your brokerage – but TRB continues to support you through training, mentorship, and our private community group.
