Jake is a Dubai-based entrepreneur with over six years of experience in the real estate industry. He started his career in London before moving to Dubai, where he later started his own brokerage, scaling to a team of over 50 agents.
After seeing talented agents fail due to lack of support, Jake launched The Recruitment Blueprint to fix that. His mission is to give international candidates the training, mindset, and systems needed to succeed in Dubai’s real estate market – and build a life-changing career.
